Interstate 5 to Del Mar Heights Rd., then East 1.2 Mi to Lansdale (light immediately after Torrey Pines High School) turn left then immediate left again on unmarked access road to Torrey Highlands Park.  The Dog Park is immediately behind the facilities building.
